The online store builder for brands that sell on their own domain

Every store comes with a mobile-first storefront, an admin for catalog and orders, and HTTPS on a domain you own.

Hosting, HTTPS certificates and daily backups come with every plan.

Who it's for

Start with one store, add more later

Most shops start with one storefront. A second brand or a point of sale can come later.

  • A candle maker opening a first shop

Add your products, connect a domain you own, and take your first card payment through your own Stripe account.

  • A brand leaving spreadsheets

Import your products and customers by CSV. Stock counts, orders and refunds then live in your admin instead of a shared sheet.

  • A tea importer adding a gift shop

Open a gift shop on its own domain next to your main store, without a second account. Separate websites start on Enterprise.

An online store builder with the upkeep included

  1. Sell on a mobile-first storefront

Every store comes with a mobile-first headless storefront. Pages are served from a full-page cache, and images come from a global CDN.

  2. Take an order over the phone

Place an order for a customer while they are on the line. Then invoice, ship and refund it from your admin.

  3. Leave the upkeep to us

Patches and upgrades are our job. Your store is backed up every day, and you can restore it from your admin.

Customers get an account with order history, saved addresses and a wishlist.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

A mobile-first storefront, an admin for products, stock, orders and customers, and hosting on your own domain with HTTPS. Patches and upgrades are applied for you, and your store is backed up every day.

Yes. Connect a domain you already own and point its DNS records at your store. HTTPS certificates are issued and renewed for you, so you never upload one.

A headless storefront is a separate web app that talks to the commerce engine through an API. Yours is built mobile-first and is the default for every store. Our guide "What is headless commerce?" explains when it helps.

Yes. Switch your store to theme mode from the admin. Designer pages, and paying with store credit, points or gift cards, work only on the headless storefront.

The headless storefront sells simple products and products with options such as size and color, shown with swatches. Each product can have its own images, attributes and categories.

Add a store view per language and translate your catalog and pages. Buttons and checkout labels come in English and Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong). You can show prices in more than one currency, with a switcher in the header.

Your store is backed up every day. You can restore it to an earlier point in time from your admin, within the backup window.

Stoily is built on Magento 2, the open-source commerce engine. You get its catalog, order and pricing model without running servers or applying upgrades yourself.
