Stoily is an ecommerce platform for running an online store, a multi-vendor marketplace and point of sale on your own domain. It is built on Magento 2, and we run the hosting for you. The marketplace is included from Standard, point of sale from Business, and B2B on Enterprise.

No. Every store comes with a mobile-first storefront. You build and edit pages with PageBuilder, and set your colors, fonts and spacing once for the whole storefront. Developers can go further with the API, but you do not need one to open a store.

Yes. Connect a domain you already own, and HTTPS certificates are issued and renewed for you. You can also send your order and account emails from that domain once its DNS records check out.

An account, a plan, and your products. You can add products one by one in the admin or import them by CSV. To take card payments, connect your own Stripe account. To use your own domain, have access to its DNS settings.

Plans run from $100 to $1,000 a month, and you can pay for a year at a lower total. Each plan is a flat monthly price, and the pricing page shows what it includes.

No. Your own sales are never charged a percentage. If you run a marketplace, Stoily takes a share of your third-party sellers’ sales, at the rates listed under Marketplace on this page.

Bandwidth is unlimited on every plan under fair use, so there is no per-GB charge for traffic. Storage is the only metered resource: each plan includes an allowance, and storage beyond it is billed per GB at the rate on the pricing page, at the end of each billing cycle.

Yes. Upgrade your plan when you need more storage, more staff accounts, or a feature from a higher plan, such as point of sale or B2B.

Yes. Build and edit storefront pages visually with PageBuilder, and set your colors, fonts and spacing in the Appearance editor. If you prefer a classic Magento theme, you can switch your store to theme mode from the admin.

Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through your own Stripe account. You can also accept bank transfer, check or money order, and cash on delivery.

Flat-rate, free and table-rate shipping, or live UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL rates with your own carrier account. Customers can also buy online and collect from your store locations.

Yes. Add a store view for each language or region and translate your catalog and pages. Shoppers switch from the header. You can also show prices in more than one currency with a switcher.

Yes. Import and export products, customers and more by CSV from the admin.

A multi-vendor marketplace inside your own store, included from Standard. Other sellers apply from your storefront, you approve them, and they list products next to yours. Each seller gets a portal for listings, orders, earnings and messages, and a page on your storefront.

There is no extra subscription. Stoily takes a share of third-party seller sales: 8% on Standard, 5% on Professional, 3% on Business and 1% on Enterprise. It is billed to you and never deducted from what your sellers earn.

Seller limits are 100 on Standard, 200 on Professional, 300 on Business and 1,000 on Enterprise.

You pay them through your own Stripe Connect or Adyen account, so the money never passes through Stoily, and you switch payouts on for your store when you are ready. You set the commission you earn by rule, and each seller gets statements of their sales and your commission.

No. Stoily never charges your sellers. What they pay is the commission you set.

Point of sale is included on the Business and Enterprise plans, at no extra cost. It runs in the browser on a tablet at pos.yourdomain.

A tablet with a modern browser. For card payments, a Stripe Terminal reader on your own Stripe account. For barcodes, a USB or Bluetooth scanner, or the tablet camera. Receipts go by email, or by text with your own SMS provider account.

Yes. In-store sales and online orders share one catalog, one stock count and one order list, so an item sold at the counter is no longer for sale online.

Yes. Staff sign in with a PIN, and roles and limits control discounts, refunds and voids, with manager approval when a limit is reached.

Partly. If the connection drops, you can keep ringing up sales from the saved catalog, and they sync when you reconnect. Sales with discounts, loyalty points or shipping to the customer need a connection to finish.

Every store runs on its own database, its own storage prefix and its own domain, with HTTPS issued and renewed for you. Backups and file storage are encrypted at rest, and uploaded extensions are scanned before they are built into your store. Stoily runs on AWS in us-east-1.

Yes. Your store is backed up every day, and you can restore it to an earlier point in time from your admin, within the backup window.

We do, on every store. Magento security patches and upgrades are our job, and there is no server for you to maintain.

Yes. Export products, customers and more by CSV from the admin whenever you need them.

No. We publish no availability percentage, and our terms carry no service credits. The security page sets out how the platform is built and what we run for you.

Yes. You can upload a Magento extension, and each one is security-scanned and built into your store before it goes live. The admin and the default storefront are Stoily’s own, so an extension written for the stock Magento admin or a Luma theme may need rework. You can also install admin apps from their developers’ install links. Each runs in a sandbox and asks you before it gets access.

Yes. Manage products, orders, customers and store settings through a documented REST API with an OpenAPI specification. Create API tokens limited to the scopes you choose. The developer docs have the reference.

Yes. Build your own front end on the storefront GraphQL API, the same API the built-in storefront uses.

Yes. Send order, customer and catalog events to your own systems with webhooks, set up from the admin.
