Automatic, accurate, and hands-off

Commissions, set by you
Choose a default commission, with per-seller and per-product overrides. It’s deducted automatically on every sale.
Escrow protects everyone
A seller’s earnings are held until the return window passes, then released automatically — protecting you and your buyers against refunds.
Automatic seller payouts
Payouts run on your own Stripe account. Funds never touch Stoily — sellers are paid directly to their own bank.
Refunds & disputes handled
A refund reverses exactly the right seller’s share, including one that has already been paid out. Chargebacks are handled for you.
What we take
Stoily takes 3% of third-party seller sales, or 1% on Enterprise, billed in arrears on your usual invoice. Your own sales are never charged a percentage, and sellers are never charged at all.
Tax and trust, built in
Running a marketplace comes with responsibilities. The tools to meet them are included — and off until you need them.
- Seller identity checks (KYC) — hold payouts until a seller is verified
- Marketplace-facilitator sales tax, recorded and withheld correctly

Reports are generated for you to file. Seller identity and payouts run on Stripe’s regulated rails.
